On RC Models accumulations points and get discounts on your next purchases! You can always check the points balance inside your account and at the next order you can use them immediately. Attention! The points are accumulated only for online purchases and not for shopping in the store.
But how does the loyalty program work? is very simple! At each order, accumulations of the loyalty points that can be used to serve your subsequent purchases. To participate, just register and buy your favorite products. You can view your points at any time, from your account in the "My loyalty points" section.
The points will be credited when your order is sent and delivered. If your order is reimbursed or partially refunded the relative points will be scaled.
Every euro spent earning a point. Every single point is worth € 0.02 and can be used starting from the next order.
The points are cumulative and usable are online. For the calculation in points, the only amount of the cart net of VAT and shipping costs will be taken into consideration. In case of prices with decimals it is at the nearest whole price. Eg € 9.90 will be calculated as 10, € 9.20 as € 9.00.
The use of the points is net of shipping costs and any other discount codes.
You will always have under control the points you can accumulate, under each product the number of points that you can accumulate in case of purchase and the relative value in euros will be highlighted. The summary will also be visible in order on your cart page.
For the redemption of the points, just click "Transform the loyalty points" into the cart page, at the time of the order, or at any time in your personal area. A voucher of the corresponding value that will be added automatically in your cart will be generated. If you want to use the voucher at a later time, you can find it in the "My loyalty points" section.
At the moment there is no minimum of order for the use of vouchers, Planet Racing reserves the right to modify this rule at any time. The points do not expire you can use them at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend the program at any time, in this case you will not lose your points but a voucher corresponded to the cumulative points will be loaded in your account.
